With a research degree in advanced engineering mathematics, R&D work at global highly reputable companies, institutes and universities, our founder, CEO and consultant Frida Svelander has a solid background in scientific and innovative work and processes. She uses her strong abstraction ability to develop high quality solutions to challenging problems. Frida has the ability and experience to as well initiate and lead projects, develop data based models and algorithms, as implement software solutions. She puts passion in making sure that the solutions follow high standards, are well tested, easy to maintain and to understand.
Frida has been working as a lecturer in mathematics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where she developed lecture material and held classes for up to 200+ students. She has won a pedagogic prize at Chalmers University of Technology, and recorded a full playlist of mathematics exercise videos for a first cycle mathematics course in a professional studio.
Frida leads with clarity, competence, trust and encouragement. She believes that knowledge should always be let through, and prestige set aside.
